Last weekend, the French/American artist Antoine Catala (b. 1975) opened the solo exhibition Image Families at Unge Kunstneres Samfund (tr. Young Artists Society) in Oslo.
At the base of all of Catalas projects is an exploration of the triadic relationship between language, image and object. In the exhibition, one will find large scale holograms, motorized images, levitating sculptures and a print installation.
The exhibition is curated by Linus Elmes, and on view until June 23rd 2013.
